Business technology solutions for communications, AI and customer operations

Four areas of business technology, and where to start. Start from the problem you have; the page shows which area owns it and what else it touches.

Business phone systems and calling, business internet, mobiles and data, and AI that does work and reviews conversations: supplied and run by Vantrel, with call answering and customer operations delivered by people where you need them.

How the areas connect

Each layer sits on the one beneath it

Calls sit on the phone system; the phone system sits on each site's connection; agents run on the phone system and hand to people; review reads the conversations the other layers carry. The lines are dependencies, which is where cross-area design helps: the layer you need can be supplied by Vantrel while the ones around it stay with whoever runs them now. Where you want it, existing providers in any layer can be managed by Vantrel on your behalf, so a dependency between two of them has someone holding it. Where you don't, they stay yours.
